Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is home/field-based with a focus on Oxford, Reading, and Southampton regions.

Salary and Benefits: Up to £41,000 plus uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance, and a home-based contract.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and secure new business opportunities with independent clients to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
2. Build strong relationships with independent food market players, leveraging your curiosity and passion for food.
3. Develop tailored culinary proposals to help clients save time and money.
4. Achieve growth targets and be rewarded for success.
5. Onboard new clients professionally, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
6. Monitor market trends and competition to provide innovative solutions and insights.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in field sales or similar roles is preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, drive, and ambition to meet targets. Confidence in working out in the field and a customer-focused approach are crucial.
