Business Development Manager - Home/Field-based – Oxford/Reading/Southampton

Salary: Up to £41,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying, pursuing, and closing new independent business opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Building strong relationships with independent players in the local food market, leveraging your curiosity about all things foodie.
• Creating tailored culinary proposals to help customers save time and money.
• Driving growth by achieving profit targets and earning rewards.
• Onboarding new clients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported by your Area Sales Manager.
• Monitoring market trends and competitors to offer innovative solutions and insights.

Candidate profile:

Experience in field sales or similar roles is preferred but not essential. We seek individuals with a commercial mindset, driven to meet targets and make a positive impact.

Customer focus is crucial, and confidence in field activities is essential. We provide comprehensive training on our products and business, so food service or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
