The Opportunity

You’ll be joining an ambitious, high-growth environment where your success will directly impact Estu’s expansion, with the potential for you to grow into a senior commercial role. You'll be working closely with Estu’s leadership team, directly shaping and executing our go-to-market efforts.

You’re a self-motivated business developer with at least 2 years of sales experience, who is excited about driving B2B growth in a fast-scaling company.

You’ll play a critical role in building employer relationships, developing lasting partnerships, and developing a pipeline of learners for our programmes. You’ll be driving strategic outreach campaigns, helping to expand our reach, convert interest into action, and exceed learner recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute campaigns to achieve learner recruitment targets.
  • Ensure a structured and effective approach to customer relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to refine outreach campaigns and improve conversion rates.

Business Development & Growth:

  • Own and drive the learner recruitment pipeline, ensuring conversion of prospects into active learners.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and performance targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver outreach campaigns to engage potential employer partners.
  • Represent Estu at relevant events and networking opportunities.
  • Develop proposals and partnership opportunities.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

  • Build trusted relationships with employers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Estu, showcasing our training solutions, ethos and impact.

About You

  • Have a track record of success in business development, particularly in B2B lead generation.
  • Are highly motivated to succeed.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in business development.

  • Are highly organised, with a methodical approach to tracking customer interactions.
  • Are excited by the transformative impact learning & development can have on learners and their organisations.

Location & Working Arrangements

This role is Central London-based, with a hybrid working model available.
