The job at a glance
Join our team and you’ll be responsible for working with a wide range of businesses to uncover and solve their hiring challenges. Your role will be to acquire new clients to increase Totaljobs market share. By developing a deep understanding of your prospects’ current and future needs you will be able to recommend the best of Totaljobs solutions to create both short- and long-term value.
Working in the Sales department you will work on the entire sales process from prospecting potential customers, outreach and selling our suite of online recruitment products through to client on-boarding into the account management team.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with key and SMB clients.
- Create compelling proposals that communicate our value and deliver to the clients strategy and requirements.
- Gain a thorough understanding of key and SMB clients\' current and future needs and their strategy and prepare customised solutions.
- Keep on top of industry and market trends to offer insights and expertise to our potential customers.
- Ensure that sales targets are met on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through acquisition whilst regularly growing and converting a pipeline of new business.
Your skills and qualifications
- A proven B2B new business sales background.
- A strong objection handler with the ability to deconstruct customer issues and propose actionable solutions to enhance the customer process.
- In-depth understanding of the sales process, from needs identification and objection handling to negotiation and successful closure in the B2B landscape.
- Able to leverage and interpret sales statistics and ROI data from potential customers.
- Consistently exceed targets in a goal-driven environment with a proven track record.
