• Identify new funding streams (grants, contracts, corporate)
• Help shape the future of services in early years, education, youth, and community development

• Hours: 21 per week (flexible and hybrid working considered)
• Salary: £36,288 FTE (£20,321 pro rata)
• Contract: 2-year fixed term (with potential to extend)
• Probation: 6 months
• Location: Balsall Heath, Birmingham
