Overview

Business Development Manager – Data Centre Infrastructure at DITL Group, UK & Ireland. Remote base salary: Circa £70,000 per annum. Performance bonus. Flexible working: adaptable hours to support work-life balance. Regular travel to customer sites (minimum two days per week) across the UK and occasional visits to Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Execute go-to-market strategies across smart infrastructure business units; Lead vertical sales initiatives and customer development programs; Influence product development and tailor customer-centric solutions; Manage vertical sales budgets and forecast growth.
• Customer & Market Excellence: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts; Drive customer business development and long-term engagement; Ensure market transparency and identify growth opportunities; Collaborate with Centres of Competence and regional teams.
• Business Development: Lead sales enablement and training activities; Support product and service positioning strategies; Drive pipeline growth and vertical efficiency; Equip sales teams with portfolio-specific technical expertise.
