Business Development Representative at Hubexo

Location: Newcastle NE3 – Hybrid (3 days per week at the Old Post Office)

This is a role within Hubexo, a company that provides data, insights, and software solutions to the construction industry. You will be at the frontline, initiating first contact and driving conversations that lead to commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Generating pipeline across manufacturers and specifiers—turning curiosity into conversations
  • Running targeted outbound campaigns using phone, email, LinkedIn, and smart tech tools
  • Qualifying warm leads from marketing and setting up high-value meetings for our Business Development team
  • Feeding insights into Sales and Marketing to help shape campaigns that hit targets
  • Being a sharp, human voice of Hubexo—confident, professional, and full of energy
