Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Prestige Talent Partners The Role This role offers the opportunity to manage a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters, working with a wide portfolio of clients across sectors.
Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, development projects, and landlord and tenant matters Provide strategic advice on property investments and portfolio management Lead negotiations and draft contracts, leases, and associated legal documentation Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering commercially viable and practical solutions Keep up to date with legal developments and market trends to provide current and relevant advice Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities Supervise and support junior team members, including trainees and paralegals Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards Support the firm’s business development strategy by attending networking and client events
What We’re Looking For
A qualified solicitor with solid experience in commercial property law Strong technical knowledge with the ability to provide commercially sound advice Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Proactive approach to client care and business development Strong organisational and time management abilities A team player with mentoring or supervisory experience (desirable but not essential)
