Commercial Property Associate – Birmingham (Hybrid) A leading Legal 100 law firm in Birmingham city centre is seeking a talented Commercial Property Associate to join their highly regarded Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven solicitor looking to work with high‑quality clients on a broad range of commercial property matters within a collaborative and ambitious environment. The Role
Manage a varied caseload and provide expert advice on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and asset management. Support the Real Estate team in driving continuous growth and improvement. Work closely with clients to deliver clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice. Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients. Mentor and support more junior team members, contributing to the team’s professional development.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in commercial property work, ideally gained at a leading real estate team. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage your own caseload independently. Experience handling acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold interests, and landlord and tenant matters for corporate occupiers. Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive, commercial mindset.
