Delivery Manager to join a public sector client within the legal operations team. 6 months contract. Inside IR35 - Umbrella only. Remote with occasional on-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of medium to large scale, agile software development programmes
• Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, show and tells, retrospectives, and facilitating related activity
• Help teams to focus on delivering to the agreed goals, identifying and communicating risks, issues, dependencies and blockers where necessary
• Identify the people, skills and resources that the teams need to deliver to the agreed goals
• Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement, good communication and collaboration across the organisation using the principles of agile
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure good relations and effective communication, taking into account organisational context and different needs and priorities, dealing constructively with conflicting views
• Facilitate an inclusive team environment where innovation and challenge are welcomed from all colleagues

Qualifications / Skills

• Experience delivering medium to large scale agile software development programmes
• Strong capabilities in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives
• Ability to identify and communicate risks, issues, dependencies and blockers
• Ability to determine required people, skills and resources to deliver goals
• Promotion of continuous improvement, collaboration and agile principles
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and clear communication across organisational contexts
