We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK. Consulting brings together teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a significant role in driving the firm’s growth, with over 1,700 people and nearly £200m revenue.

Our core solutions include business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. We focus on tailored approaches to help clients achieve strategic goals and empower our team members to develop their careers.

The Associate Director will assist in executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions, support business development, and lead financial analyses for inclusion in due diligence reports. The role involves leading engagement processes, managing fieldwork teams, liaising with clients, and developing sector expertise. Deal values typically range from £20m to £500m.

Ideal candidates are qualified Chartered Accountants (ACA or equivalent), with experience in Transaction services, especially in TMT sector deals, and a strong interest in business operations and deal mechanics. They should demonstrate high accuracy, integrity, commercial awareness, and excellent relationship-building skills.
