We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK.

Role Overview:

This role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting new business development within our growing Due Diligence team. The Transaction Services team is highly regarded in the market, specializing in advising on transactions typically valued between £20m and £500m.

You will lead the execution of financial due diligence projects, manage teams, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading engagement processes and reporting directly to partners.
  2. Managing fieldwork teams.
  3. Conducting financial analysis of target businesses for due diligence reports.
  4. Communicating with clients, target companies, and advisors during transactions.
  5. Developing industry, channel, and economic expertise.

Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals who thrive on variety, enjoy learning, and are passionate about improving processes. Our ideal candidate:

  1. Is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent).
  2. Has experience in transaction services.
  3. Has strong experience with TMT sector deals and wishes to focus on this sector.
  4. Has prior experience in producing high-quality due diligence reports.
  5. Is genuinely interested in understanding business operations.
  6. Possesses a good understanding of deal mechanics.
  7. Displays accuracy, diligence, and integrity.
  8. Is commercially minded and a critical thinker.
  9. Can build relationships internally and externally and works well in teams.
