We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team. Our new colleague will assist in the execution of financial due diligence assignments on both buy-side and sell-side transactions and support the team in new business generation.

Our Transaction Services team is an award-winning team and highly regarded in the marketplace. The team specialises in financial due diligence, advising clients on business acquisitions and investments. Deal values are typically in the £20m to £500m range.

This role provides an opportunity for you to join the fast-moving world of Corporate Finance and Transaction Services. Working alongside a team of other professionals, you will play an integral role in leading the execution of financial due diligence projects on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as contributing to the continued successful growth of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading engagement processes and reporting directly to the partner.
2. Leading fieldwork teams.
3. Directing financial analysis on target businesses for inclusion in due diligence reports.
4. Liaising with clients, target businesses, and other professional advisors during transaction execution.
5. Developing industry, channel, and economic expertise.

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent).
2. Experience working in transaction services.
3. Strong experience with TMT sector deals and a desire to focus on this sector.
4. Prior experience in writing high-quality, value-adding due diligence reports.
5. Genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate.
6. A strong understanding of deal mechanics.
7. High level of accuracy, diligence, and integrity.
8. Commercially minded and a critical thinker.
9. Ability to build relationships internally and externally; a strong team player.
