We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK. Our consulting team brings together diverse advisory experts to deliver core solutions including business transformation, forensic, deal services, restructuring, finance support, and risk governance. We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team. The role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions, supporting new business development, and leading engagement processes and fieldwork teams. You will analyze financial data, liaise with clients and advisors, and develop industry expertise.

Ideal candidates are qualified Chartered Accountants (ACA or equivalent) with experience in Transaction services or Corporate Finance, capable of producing high-quality due diligence reports, and possess a strong understanding of deal mechanics. They should be accurate, diligent, commercially minded, and excellent team players.
