We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Lawyer to join our hugely successful Employment team in Manchester as an Associate.

We’re seeking those with experience in equality/discrimination and employment tribunals. We would like those who are extremely proficient within Employment law and have the ability to manage client meetings and lead complex negotiations. It is vital to have experience within redundancy and restructure, employment terminations and TUPE agreements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advise on discrimination, redundancy and contracts, including reviewing and drafting contracts.
  • Advise on matters such as discrimination, redundancy and contracts; review and draft contracts as needed.
  • Negotiate settlements and support clients through their cases.
  • Manage your own caseload and provide top-class legal advice where required.
  • Supervision and/or line management experience with a commercial focus on chargeable hours and billing.
