Overview

We are looking for an Engagement Manager who shares the values of pragmatism, professionalism and transparency to join and help build our teams in London or Manchester. Location: hybrid. We are not able to offer visa sponsorship at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and manage and liaise with stakeholders across a wide range of client projects, from greenfield startups to mission-critical enterprise systems, ensuring client and team satisfaction and delivery of value.
  • Contribute across Codurance in business development and marketing activities to support proposals, and help build our internal engagement management and delivery capability and culture.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and manage dependencies to achieve the best results, navigating any challenges that arise.
  • Lead and communicate effectively, adapting leadership and facilitation styles as needed.
  • Coach, mentor and support learning and growth within teams and individuals.

What about you? / Qualifications

  • Client engagement: ability to build relationships with strategic stakeholders, act as an advisor, help identify and solve problems, and align teams behind a shared vision.
  • Account development: identify opportunities to grow client relationships and drive commercial success.
  • Project management: proven track record of executing and planning technical or product strategy, and identifying and managing risks.
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams on a product, understanding how to optimize team collaboration and manage related challenges.
  • Communication and leadership: versatile leadership and communication skills with strong facilitation abilities.
  • Learning and growth mindset: enjoy coaching and mentoring others and continuously sharing learning.
