Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Service Technician, based in Buckingham. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Vitalograph's medical devices. Duties include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring device accuracy and reliability. Some tasks will be performed on-site at various locations, while administrative and support activities can be completed remotely.

• Technical Skills: Installation, maintenance, and repair of medical devices
• Technical Support: Providing remote and on-site technical support
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with clients
• Physical Activity: Ability to lift and move technical equipment and work in various physical environments
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
