About Octopus Energy

Octopus Energy started with a bold idea: to build Britain's first truly digital energy supplier. By combining world-class tech with brilliant humans who care deeply about customers and driving the renewable energy transition, we became Britain\'s largest energy supplier. We are scaling fast and building the next generation of products to accelerate the green energy transition. We focus on making it effortless to switch to heat pumps, solar and EVs, launching smart tariffs and creating renewable generation at scale, and rolling learnings and products worldwide. At Octopus we have a history of building lean teams of passionate, committed developers to tackle big challenges for our customers, energy specialists, and our business. This has built a culture of freedom and responsibility as owners of problems and not tickets, demonstrated by incredibly low turnover. We hire great people who get stuff done, all whilst being themselves. We are an open, agile culture that fosters innovation, flexibility, and creativity, with flat hierarchies and a bias for action.

We would prefer someone who can work in our London office 3-4x a week. For questions, contact talent@octoenergy.com. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you. We are committed to providing equal opportunities and an inclusive work environment for everyone.
