London‑based think tank using technology to tackle poverty seeks a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the organisation into its post‑scale‑up phase. The role is permanent, based in central London, 2–3 days a week in office, with a salary of around £75,000.

The Role

We’re searching for a commercially‑minded Head of Growth Marketing to head‑up the lead‑generation marketing function and accelerate growth. You will develop and execute a strategy that fuels the sales pipeline, raises brand awareness, and drives measurable results across multiple products and sectors.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and deliver a comprehensive growth marketing plan tied to commercial targets
  • Own the full marketing funnel – from awareness to SQL – optimising conversion at each stage
  • Lead demand generation across digital, events, content, and partnerships
  • Develop impactful sales enablement tools and collateral
  • Oversee digital channels including website, paid ads (LinkedIn, Google), SEO and CRM
  • Manage a high‑impact events strategy (webinars, trade shows, partner events)
  • Track and optimise performance against clear KPIs and ROI metrics
  • Build, mentor and develop a high‑performing marketing team

Qualifications & Experience

To succeed in this role you need:

  • Proven senior B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience with tangible commercial results
  • Experience transitioning a company from start‑up through scale‑up and beyond
  • Background in public sector, policy or social enterprise (preferred)
  • Product marketing experience
  • Strong grasp of marketing funnel optimisation, demand generation, and digital channels
  • Skilled in campaign performance tracking and data‑driven decision‑making
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills, aligning marketing and sales teams
  • Experience delivering successful events, webinars and content strategies
  • Knowledge of SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, CRM and automation tools (WordPress, Active Campaign a plus)
  • Passion for using technology and data to create social impact
  • Fluent in English and right to work in the UK
