They’re looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth to take ownership of user acquisition, brand strategy, and go‑to‑market activity as they move toward product‑market fit.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement a scalable growth strategy across multiple digital and community channels
• Plan and deliver campaigns for new features, launches, and partnerships
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create in‑app growth loops and optimise conversion paths
• Identify opportunities for user acquisition through collaborations and ecosystem partnerships
• Track performance metrics, analyse data, and continuously improve marketing efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team while remaining hands‑on with key growth initiatives

About You

• 7+ years of experience in marketing and growth for consumer apps, ideally within fintech, crypto, and mobile‑first products
• Proven track record of scaling user bases and driving measurable business results
• Strong understanding of crypto, DeFi, or digital finance with a data‑driven mindset
• Equally comfortable with creative storytelling and analytical experimentation
• Confident leading teams in a fast‑moving, innovative environment
