What You’ll Be Driving

• Strategic delivery of IT operations aligned and continuous development of the technology
• Leadership that encourages continuous development and learning
• Hands‑on support across systems, networks, and services
• Risk management, compliance, and process optimisationVendor management and building relationships
• Collaboration with wider technical teams
• Hybrid infrastructure: cloud (azure) and on-prem environments (VM)
• M365
• Cybersecurity frameworks including Cyber Essentials Plus
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
• Experience of working to ISO27001 standards
