Company Overview

I am extremely proud to be partnering with a forward‑thinking insurance group that is scaling fast and putting technology at the heart of its growth. You will attend senior leadership team meetings once a week in London and will attend other London‑based team days as required. You will be comfortable discussing strategy with the SLT one day, then delving into the tech with the IT team and third parties the next day.

  • Strong technical foundation in enterprise IT, software development & cyber security.
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic IT projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and risk management.
  • Project management and ITIL certifications.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid strategic and hands‑on capacity.
  • Must live within a comfortable commute of central London.

  • Annual Travel Insurance.
  • Private Medical Insurance.
  • Permanent Health Insurance (income protection).
  • Life Cover (death in service).
