As an established B2B2C company, our clients roll out our technology to improve their customers' journeys and financial outcomes. We deliver actionable insights through an API and embedded experience approach, covering Journeys, Categorisation, Decisioning, Analytics, and Payments Initiation. We are a regulated entity offering AISP, PISP, and CISP services, trusted by banks, insurers, asset and wealth managers, pension companies, financial advisors, and fintechs.
What do we offer?
Offices in London and Bristol with options for remote work within the UK (role and client dependent). Regular company-wide events and mandatory attendance at key meetings. For this role, the candidate will work from our London office (near Bank station) 2–3 days per week or spend time with clients 2–3 days per week. Benefits are listed below.

Responsibilities and expectations
The Mission As Head of Pre-Sales, you are both a player and a manager. You will lead a team of talented Pre-Sales Consultants while personally driving Moneyhub"s most strategic and complex deals. Your team will secure the technical win and build customer confidence in our solutions. You"ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and client stakeholders to:
- Solve complex business challenges
- De-risk technical decisions
- Accelerate the sales cycle
What You'll Do
As a Manager (20%)
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of Pre-Sales Consultants; develop discovery, demo, and consultative selling excellence
- Strategically allocate resources to maximise win rates
- Define the playbook: standardise discovery, workshops, demos, PoCs, and security reviews
- Act as the voice of Pre-Sales into Product; forecast hiring needs and track metrics
As a Player (80%)
- Lead strategic deals: personally engage on large, complex opportunities
- Co-sell with your team: join PSCs on key calls to add credibility and mentor in real time
- Build relationships with senior technical leaders in Technology, Infosec, Architecture, and Data
About You

What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 8+ years in a senior Pre-Sales / Solutions Consulting role, ideally quota-carrying
- Experience supporting complex software sales in Financial Services
- Experience mentoring or leading others
- Fluency in structured, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale)
- Proven ability to manage technical evaluations (PoCs, security reviews)
Nice-to-Haves
- Formal Pre-Sales team leadership experience
- Background in data, API, or PaaS solutions
- Familiarity with Moneyhub"s competitive landscape
- Existing relationships in target accounts
