Excellent opportunity for an HR Operations Manager to join a law firm in the City. The role is responsible for overseeing Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits. This is a maternity cover up to 15 months with hybrid working. Salary up to £85k (negotiable).

If you have experience in Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits within a law firm or similar professional services environment, such as an accountancy firm, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Reporting to the HR Director, the role includes:

• Liaising with external payroll providers
• Providing data for salary reviews and bonuses
• Responding to payroll queries
• Ensuring error-free payroll processing
• Managing pensions and benefits
• Reviewing pensions and benefits provision
• Liaising with external providers
• Advising employees on pensions and benefits
• HR reporting and data provision
• Processing invoices
• Supporting ad hoc projects
• Handling annual SRA renewals
