Excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join a law firm in the City overseeing the Payroll, Compensation and Benefits of the firm. This is a maternity cover. Hybrid working. Salary to £85k.

If you have experience of Payroll, Compensation and Benefits in a law firm or similar professional services environment, such as accountancy, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Reporting to the HR Director, the role includes -

• Liaising with the external payroll provider
• Provide data for salary reviews and bonuses
• Respond to payroll queries
• Ensure payroll processed without errors
• Manage the pensions and benefits
• Review of pensions and benefits provision
• Liaise with external providers
• Advise employees regarding pensions and benefits provision
• HR reporting and provision of data
• Process invoices
• Ad hoc projects
