HR Operations Manager

HR Operations Manager is needed to lead a HR advisory function, managing a high-performing team delivering expert and support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

This is a 12-month FTC offering hybrid working

Do you have?

• Experience managing or leading HR Shared Services or advisory teams?
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice?
• A customer-first mindset with a focus on service quality and operational performance?
• Experience using data, SLAs, and KPIs to drive team performance and continuous improvement?
• A calm, delivery-focused approach to managing priorities, change, and ambiguity?
