HR Operations Manager
HR Operations Manager is needed to lead a HR advisory function, managing a high-performing team delivering expert and support across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
This is a 12-month FTC offering hybrid working
Do you have?
- Experience managing or leading HR Shared Services or advisory teams?
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice?
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on service quality and operational performance?
- Experience using data, SLAs, and KPIs to drive team performance and continuous improvement?
- A calm, delivery-focused approach to managing priorities, change, and ambiguity?
Would you like to?
- Lead a motivated Tier 2 HR advisory team, supporting colleagues across the employee lifecycle?
- Play a key role in strategic HR transformation projects, including the rollout of enhanced self-service and automation?
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the University?
- Influence service design and delivery to improve colleague experience and operational efficiency?
