Overview


Reporting to: Chief People & Culture Officer; Direct Reports: 1–2 HR colleagues; Location: Cardiff (min 1 day per week), with regular travel to offices across South Wales and Gloucestershire; Type: Full Time, Permanent Role.


We’re looking for a people-focused HR Operations Manager to join our values-led, high-impact team. You’ll lead smooth, efficient HR operations, support employee relations, and shape policies that put the colleague experience first.


This is a strategic yet hands-on role, embedding our values, driving engagement and wellbeing, and ensuring people processes are clear, fair, and kind. You’ll oversee compliance with employment law and SRA standards, guide a small team, and sit on the Compliance Board to help manage key risks.
