Overview

Our client, a leading creative agency, is seeking an immediately available HR Business Partner to join on a fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend into a longer-term remit. With a London-based headcount of 500, the business is award-winning, client-focused, and proud of its people-first, collaborative culture. This role is hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH. Start ASAP – 7 months.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with senior leaders to deliver across the full HR generalist remit—from strategic workforce planning and organisational design to complex employee relations, leadership coaching, and driving engagement.
  • Manage, develop, and coach a small HR team, providing hands-on expertise and strategic insight.

Qualifications

  • Proven business partnering experience within a similarly sized, fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a commercial, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Depth in UK employment law; confidence in leading complex ER matters.
  • Visible change agent with a coaching-led approach when partnering with senior leadership; ability to champion a high-performance culture.
