Overview

The role emphasizes strategic architectural leadership – leading the architecture practice team, driving Azure Enterprise transformation, and strong architecture depth with implementation experience across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Logic Apps, Azure functions, APIM, Containers, and other PaaS, landing zone, and governance framework. This role leans strategic but requires substantial technical depth, ensuring enterprise-wide architectural alignment. You will integrate all domain landscapes and understand how these domains work together. The role also drives the firm’s technology platforms and tools, including emerging opportunities with Machine Learning and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Architecture team (Data, Applications, Integration Solutions)
• Design and implement Microsoft Azure architecture, landing zones, governance, and enterprise-scale architecture
• Drive solutions architecture roadmap, integration projects, and governance
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, including network topology, designs, patterns, principles, and standards
• Advise on Agile/DevOps practices and cloud strategy
• Manage technology selection and supplier relationships on project deliveries
• With past 5 years of experience in a senior or lead architecture role within complex enterprise environments
• Experience managing an Enterprise architecture team, including performance review, KPI goal setting, and team career development
• Certified TOGAF 9 or higher is a MUST
• Deep Microsoft Azure enterprise architecture (landing zones, governance), SaaS, Azure DevOps solution, and API integration and microservices architecture
• Hands-on Azure services (Logic Apps, APIM, AKS, Functions)
• Zero-trust security model implementation
• Extensive experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar
• Microsoft security stack (Purview, Defender, Sentinel)
