Area Director @ Just Mortgages Self Employed Group. This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Advisor within Just Mortgages SE Group, part of the Spicerhaart family established in 1989. The role involves providing mortgage and financial advice, creating and implementing marketing strategies for mortgages, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and financial advice to clients.
• Create and implement marketing strategies for mortgages.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, analyze financial information, and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
• Assist clients with financial planning and help them navigate the mortgage application process.

Qualifications

• Possess skills in Mortgage Marketing and Finance
• Expertise in Mortgages and Financial Planning
• CeMAP Qualified
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
