The Opportunity

As the Payroll Manager, you will lead our team of Payroll Administrators, ensuring consistent and customer‑focused service delivery. This senior position requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a passion for putting clients first. Your leadership will shape the future of our payroll services and impact our clients and team.

About You

You are an excellent team player and a role model for your team. You possess strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to support and manage workloads. You have excellent training and mentoring skills with a focus on leadership, motivation and patience.

Our Payroll Manager will have over 5 years of payroll experience and will have worked in a management position in their previous role.
