Job Description:
You’re a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist, passionate about delivering seamless payroll processes for new customers.
You thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment; You will be responsible for the management and processing of a portfolio of customers; ensuring payroll, pension and HMRC obligations are met, as well as supporting employees with questions related to their pay, pensions, savings and charitable giving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process a portfolio of payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate payroll runs.
- Ensure all payroll activities comply with current payroll and pension legislation as well as HMRC obligations.
- Conduct monthly payroll and pension reconciliations to verify data integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed process documentation and perform regular reviews to ensure compliance and clarity.
Client and Employee Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing support via email and phone.
- Offer direct support to employees regarding pay, pensions, savings, and charitable contributions.
- Participate in customer service reviews to assess satisfaction and address any service concerns.
