Hexis Talent are proud to be working in partnership with a long-established, respected law firm with an excellent reputation across the North West. We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2+ years PQE) to join their busy and supportive team based in Woolton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied and rewarding caseload, working closely with high-net-worth clients and delivering exceptional service across all aspects of Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Planning.

The Role

  • Drafting Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney
  • Advising on Probate, Estate Administration, and Tax Planning
  • Handling matters involving high-net-worth clients and complex estates
  • Liaising with the Probate Registry, HMRC, and other professionals
  • Producing blog content and supporting marketing activity with the wider team
  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development

About You

  • A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2+ PQE) in Private Client law
  • Experienced in Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Tax/Estate Planning
  • Skilled in client care, organisation, and time management
  • Confident in using Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and Excel
  • A proactive team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • (Desirable) Experience in property-related private client work and ability to drive
