What You’ll Do

• Define and deliver a bold product strateg, aligned to customer needs and wider business goals.
• Partner with UX, engineering, research, and content teams to design and launch frictionless digital experiences.
• Own the end-to-end journey, continuously optimising through insight, data, and feedback.
• Prioritise ruthlessly, manage a dynamic backlog, and deliver value fast using agile practices.
• Champion the voice of the customer at every stage, ensuring features bring clarity, accessibility, and delight.
• Lead ideation and design workshops, producing clear, impactful user stories and feature maps.
• Keep an eye on competitors and market trends to inform smart, forward-looking decisions.
