About The Role
The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking exceptional people to deliver our vision for an inclusive, globally competitive city region. LCR Be More is our award-winning platform for leading career resource for the region, helping residents access training, qualifications, and employment opportunities. This role will provide programme support for the continued development of the platform, ensuring its content aligns with the city region’s future skills needs and contributes to development and delivery of the Mayor’s Digital Badge manifesto pledge providing residents with verifiable micro-credentials that are directly linked to local employment opportunities.
Based in the Investment and Delivery Directorate and reporting to the Principal Officer – Be More, this role will support delivery of the programme, including administration, reporting, partner liaison and governance while working collaboratively with the Skills Bootcamps team.
About The Person
We are seeking an individual who is highly organised, with experience of programme administration, monitoring action plans, and managing performance data. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with partners and stakeholders are essential. We expect the post holder to demonstrate an understanding of and a personal commitment to the vision and aims of Liverpool City Region Combined Authority.

- Managing a programme support role e.g. preparing reports and tracking outputs/outcomes.
- Designing or improving processes for monitoring.
