Project Support Officer
Are you highly organised, collaborative, and ready to contribute to one of the most significant restoration programmes in the UK? Join the Restoration & Renewal (R&R) Client Team as a Project Support Officer, where you'll help shape the future of the Palace of Westminster.
This role supports the delivery of complex, high-profile projects within the R&R programme. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, including the R&R Delivery Authority, to ensure projects are well-managed, milestones are met, and reporting is clear and effective. From preparing governance papers to managing project information and scheduling meetings, your work will be central to keeping this multi-billion-pound programme on track.

This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 40% of your time in the office.

Responsibilities

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-rich environment and is passionate about supporting project delivery. Key attributes include:
- Experience working in a project or programme management environment, with awareness of methodologies like APM, PRINCE2 or MSP.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, using data and insight to guide actions.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.
