Overview

12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment Opportunity. Jobshare – 14 hours per week (Thursday and Friday). Salary £34,359 – £35,892 (Pro rata). We are looking for a recruitment coordinator to join our first class recruitment team. Your role will be to provide seamless support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and assessments.
  • Liaise directly with candidates and conduct pre-employment checks.
  • Update and keep candidates warm at various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain contact with new starters to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Respond to routine enquiries, manage the recruitment line and inbox.
  • Present (remotely or in person) on induction day for new starters.
  • Provide first-class administrative support within a busy team; manage a demanding workload with good organisation.
  • Plan and prioritise tasks flexibly, meet deadlines, and demonstrate initiative and proactivity.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout their recruitment journey.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in providing administrative support within a busy recruitment environment.
  • Strong recruitment administration knowledge and proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering inductions and candidate interactions.
  • Flexible and able to plan, prioritise, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
