About The Opportunity
This is a high-profile, client-facing role within our forward thinking Analytics, Intelligence & Insights team. You’ll work across multiple sectors and projects, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to co-create solutions that deliver measurable impact.
You’ll be responsible for running business analysis activities, defining scope and requirements, and supporting transformation initiatives from end to end. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our Business Analysis practice—setting standards, building networks, and driving continuous improvement.
Whether you're based in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Bristol, Reading, or Birmingham, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values curiosity, creativity, and empathy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior Business Analyst across multiple projects and domains
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital tools (e.g. Power Platform, Azure, Salesforce)
- Experience in product/solution development and release cycles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a relationship-centric approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure
- Experience with Azure DevOps and other product development tools
Nice to Have
- Understanding of asset and construction management challenges
- Experience with AI integration and product release management
- Exposure to cross-sector projects and transformation programmes
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and integration principles
- Experience in business process modelling and optimisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement in complex environments
