About The Opportunity

This is a high-profile, client-facing role within our forward thinking Analytics, Intelligence & Insights team. You’ll work across multiple sectors and projects, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to co-create solutions that deliver measurable impact.

You’ll be responsible for running business analysis activities, defining scope and requirements, and supporting transformation initiatives from end to end. You’ll also play a key role in shaping our Business Analysis practice—setting standards, building networks, and driving continuous improvement.

Whether you're based in London, Manchester, Glasgow, Bristol, Reading, or Birmingham, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values curiosity, creativity, and empathy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior Business Analyst across multiple projects and domains


• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital tools (e.g. Power Platform, Azure, Salesforce)


• Experience in product/solution development and release cycles


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a relationship-centric approach


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure


• Experience with Azure DevOps and other product development tools

Nice to Have

• Understanding of asset and construction management challenges


• Experience with AI integration and product release management


• Exposure to cross-sector projects and transformation programmes


• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and integration principles


• Experience in business process modelling and optimisation


• Strong stakeholder engagement in complex environments
