We have experienced significant growth over the last 12 months across our different client segments and are scaling our operations teams for the next phase of growth.
The role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Finance Manager to support the Finance Director in managing the global financial operations of the business. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day finance activities, provide insightful reporting and analysis, and contribute to the development of financial strategy to support business growth and sustainability.
The role will be based in London, with a hybrid working pattern involving a minimum of three days in the office per week.
Your responsibilities will include
- Manage daily finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and global payroll.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis providing clear observations and commentary.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with business units to track performance against targets.
- Support the Finance Director in monitoring cash flow, overseeing treasury activities, and driving effective working capital management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements across geographies, liaising with auditors and external advisors as needed.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and support system enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Assist the Finance Director in financial planning, decision support, and strategic initiatives.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years , PQE experience – Ideally in a fast growth SaaS company or similar.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
- Commercially aware with the ability to provide strategic insight.
- Collaborative and able to build strong working relationships across the business.
- Adaptable, resilient, and solutions focused.
- Excellent networking and presentations skills (both written and spoken)
