Have you been working as a staff nurse for 2 years+? Are you ready to develop your skills and take more of a leadership role? If so then the Senior staff nurse role on our general Adolescent ward, located on the 12th floor of our state-of-the-art hospital in Euston Road may be the experience you require.

You must have a passion and an understanding for working with Young People and quality improvement.

We are dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of many complex illnesses. UCLH specialises in women’s health and the treatment of cancer, infection, neurological, gastrointestinal and oral disease. It has world class support services including critical care, imaging, nuclear medicine and pathology.
Responsibilities
Join and lead the Adolescent ward team with the aim of coordinating safe and efficient delivery of care for this patient group. Demonstrate leadership, development, and organisation skills to support junior staff and ensure high standards of practice.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Experience as a staff nurse (2 years+).
• Experience in Adolescent orYoung People care is desirable. • Demonstrated leadership, development and organisational abilities. • Passion for working with Young People and commitment to quality improvement.
