About the Role

Join a leading national Large Loss team providing expert legal support on high-value and complex personal injury claims. Our work covers catastrophic injuries, including brain, spinal, and amputation cases, as well as substantial dependency and fatality claims. You'll work across a varied portfolio, with exposure to motor, employer's liability, public liability, and product liability matters.

What You'll Do

  • Manage your own caseload of high-value and catastrophic personal injury claims
  • Assist partners with investigations, strategy reports, and client updates
  • Liaise with solicitors, insurers, police, HSE, and witnesses to gather evidence
  • Instruct medical and technical experts as required
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, and reports
  • Attend hearings, conferences, and joint settlement meetings
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Ensure compliance with CPR, data protection, and client protocols
  • Meet financial and performance targets while maintaining quality standards

What We\'re Looking For

  • Experience in defendant personal injury litigation (Motor or EL/PL preferred)
  • Strong analytical and case management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently
  • Sound knowledge of CPR procedures
