What you'll be doing:
- Owning the end-to-end hiring processes and strategies across a variety of roles from junior to leadership
- Leading and coaching Recruitment Partners, enabling their performance, development and continued success
- Leveraging your sourcing creativity to build relationships with diverse talent
- Identifying and driving strategic and operational improvements; relating to how we work, attract and assess talent, measure success and more
- Supporting the evolution of our employer brand, leveraging insights from candidate interactions, keeping an active presence on social media and at events, meet-ups, and talks
What we're looking for
- Experience owning end-to-end hiring in fast paced tech business, partnering with a variety of stakeholders to secure hard-to-find talent
- Proven ability to adapt to changing demands and prioritise work depending on the commercial needs, knowing that not all work is important but every day is
- Experience partnering with stakeholders at all levels; supporting, managing and pushing back where needed - being a confident and trusted subject matter expert and partner
- Results and value-driven mindset, and the ability to use data and insights to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Project management experience; owning improvement initiatives and projects from inception through to implementation and beyond
What the team has been up to recently (besides hiring great people):
- Implemented a candidate survey to capture insight on the interview process and experience
- Changed the sourcing platforms we use to connect with talent
- Collaborated with Design and Engineering to rebuild our career pages
- Delivered interview training to our engineering community in collaboration with senior engineering leaders
- Developed a final interview candidate guide
- Starting to research and implement AI Tooling to improve efficiency
