About Us

Sushi Robots SAS is looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy sales representative to help us bring our latest innovations to restaurants and food businesses across the United Kingdom.

Since 2015, Sushi Robots has been helping Japanese restaurants and sushi producers across Europe streamline their operations. Today, as we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we are expanding our range with some really cool technologies, including:

  • Service and cleaning robots (thanks to our partnership with Softbank Robotics)
  • A revolutionary frying device from Japan that improves quality and reduces oil consumption
  • An automatic miso soup dispenser designed in collaboration with one of the best miso manufacturers

We continue to offer our proven sushi machines, but we are now expanding into smart solutions for kitchens around the world on a larger scale.

The role

This is a 100% remote position, ideal if you are independent, motivated and passionate about technology. You will be the go-to person for presenting our cutting-edge products to hotels, restaurants and food production companies across the United Kingdom.

Your daily tasks

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing customers
  • Present our robots and gadgets during demonstrations (remotely or in person)
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Work closely with our product and technical teams
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale
  • Manage your pipeline in an organised and up-to-date manner in the CRM
  • Achieve sales targets and celebrate those wins!
  • Share customer feedback to help us improve

What We Are Looking For

  • A passion for technology, automation and helping customers succeed
  • Experience in B2B sales (the hospitality or catering sector is a plus)
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Solution-oriented mindset: you enjoy solving customer problems
