Job Description:

We are seeking a confident legal professional with over 5 years PQE for the role of Technical Team Leader in Residential Conveyancing. This position offers remote working and a competitive salary based on experience.

• Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years PQE seeking a new challenge.
• Responsibilities include drafting contract report letters for development sites and sales, and conveyancing search report letters for clients.
• Reviewing development documentation to ensure compliance with residential sales and mortgage lender requirements.
• Providing expert guidance on legal issues, ensuring departmental compliance and risk mitigation.
• Strong knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms is essential.
• Excellent communication skills are required to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
