We are seeking a confident legal professional for the role of Technical Team Leader (Residential Conveyancing) with 5+ Years PQE. This position offers remote working and a competitive salary (DOE). Job reference: 0609.

• Applicants should be Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 Years PQE seeking a new challenge.
• You will draft comprehensive contract report letters for new development sites and individual sales, along with conveyancing search report letters for clients.
• Review development documentation to ensure suitability for residential sales and mortgage lender security requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on technical legal issues, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Strong knowledge of case management systems, HM Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing platforms is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for liaising with clients and colleagues.
