Role overview

As one of our Transformation Managers in Claims, you will lead the delivery of specific strategic and high impact projects or programmes, supporting operations and commercial teams to deliver significant indemnity and operational savings while providing a market leading customer experience. By partnering with relevant business leaders, you will be accountable for the design, development and deployment of one or more projects and programmes. You will prioritise change to meet business needs and lead a project team including process design resources, digital resources, operational delivery managers, data, CX and other resources as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end transformation projects and programmes, partnering with Commercial and Operational leads to define delivery requirements and success criteria
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business operations, identify gaps and propose innovative solutions
  • Mobilise and manage a delivery team bringing together expertise from various functions into a single delivery unit
  • Create, communicate and align functional delivery plans across teams, integrating all technical and process changes
  • Identify opportunities for intelligent design, including automation and decisioning via straight-through processing
  • Transition core project functionality into a continuous test-and-learn state to optimise long-term commercial and customer outcomes

Essential skills

  • Substantial experience in a transformational leadership role with Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Change Management
  • Proven track record in identifying transformation opportunities and delivering through to implementation
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to communicate concepts effectively at all levels of the organisation
