Overview

Cyber Security Trainee Placement Programme. This is a training course that includes tutor support, mentoring and an 18K-£35K salary expectation on completion. The programme is designed for graduates or career changers to enter IT and Cybersecurity with no prior experience required.

Note: This is a training course with fees. A deposit and finance options are available to cover the course fees.

Program structure

1. Step 1 - Accredited Online Training
   Complete professional, accredited CompTIA courses delivered online with video tutorials, practice labs, presentations and quizzes. An expert tutor and a support mentor assist throughout training.
2. Step 2 - Practical Training
   Gain practical hands-on experience through practice labs to build confidence for your first IT role.
3. Step 3 - Official exams
   Sit the CompTIA A+ and Network+ exams to obtain official certifications recognised in the UK and worldwide.
4. Step 4 - IT Technician placement
   Secure your first IT Technician role with a starting salary of £24K-£35K. After gaining two years of experience, you can progress toward cybersecurity roles. Further training includes CompTIA Security+ and optional courses such as Certified Ethical Hacker and Certified Network Defender, depending on requirements.

After completing step four and meeting experience requirements, you may transition into higher paying cybersecurity roles. The programme offers recruitment support in the IT and cybersecurity spaces with salary benchmarks described in the steps above.

What you will achieve
