We’re looking for proactive graduates to train as recruitment consultants who will work with clients across the UK and Europe. Amoria Bond provides world-class training, clear progression, and the opportunity to develop your career in a global consultancy environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients
• Sourcing and headhunting high-quality candidates
• Writing job adverts and managing applications
• Running the full 360° consultancy process from client brief to placement
• Building long-term client and candidate relationships
• Creating social media content to grow your personal brand
• Travelling to meet clients – recent destinations include Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, and the USA
