Executive Search Director at Forward Role Recruitment

Do you have a proven track record working with B2C mobile products? Are you an experienced product leader? Are you looking to join a business with an impactful mission? If so, read on.

A scaling tech business is looking for their first Head of Product to oversee the product strategy and to continually elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, and ensure thorough execution.
• Hiring, mentoring, and performance managing the PMs.
• Prioritise User Research to ensure data is at the heart of all decision making.
• Drive the key results for the product organisation, including metrics such as user engagement, retention, feature adoption, and conversion rates.
• Work with Product Marketing to ensure features and customer journeys are well positioned for members.

Must-Have Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record working with B2C mobile products.
• 2+ years of direct line management experience.
• Experience in translating high-level business goals into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
• Strong proficiency in understanding data through analytics tools.

You must be comfortable working in the office 2 days a week.
