What You’ll Do

Use your channel knowledge to connect top GTM talent with the brands everyone wants to work for:

• Consistently network with AEs, BDMs, Account Managers, Channel Managers, Presales, CSMs & Marketing across vendors, distributors, VARs & MSPs.
• Run phone/VC/face-to-face interviews and assess fit quickly and accurately.
• Present shortlist-quality CVs, manage feedback loops, and negotiate offers to close.
• Build pipelines of live vacancies & interviews; prioritise roles to hit monthly GP targets.
• Keep our CRM razor-sharp; run search sprints and campaigns that convert.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

• Come from the IT Channel (e.g., Vendor/Distributor/VAR/MSP) in roles like Account Manager, BDM, Inside Sales/SDR, or similar.
• Have B2B sales success (targets hit, pipeline managed, deals closed) and love the phone.
• Build relationships fast, write crisply, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Are proactive, competitive, and detail-driven.
• Commission: Uncapped, no threshold—earnings limited only by your output.
• Incentives: Annual achievers’ trips, monthly lunch clubs, and performance perks.
• Growth: Clear progression from Consultant → Senior → Principal/BD Lead, with coaching from experienced billers.

Please note: We operate on a hybrid working policy. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday will be in our Liverpool Street office, therefore a short commute is ideal.
